I frequent and administrate a Jailbreak server mod on TF2 known as the House of Pain, the first bunch of folks to bring over the CS:S inspired gameplay. BLUs are basically prison guards who can tell you to do stuff, and REDs are prisoners who can choose to do that stuff. If a RED decides they don't want to do that stuff, they can choose to rebel, and this either ends in them dying for that or a BLU dying for that.

Often if you obey, you get to do some really sweet mini-games or hilarious scenarios. Or mini-games you absolutely loathe but you're gonna do it anyway because that's all part of the game. If you manage to make it all the way to the end as the only surviving prisoner, you get something called Last Request in which you can make the CT's do whatever you want or pick what you want you or everyone to do for next round.

The rounds tends to get absolutely crazy to the point of overwhelmingly ridiculous. It is so entertaining.

Engineer: "Guys? Ah think they're gettin' angry..."

Medic: "Hear zhat? Zhe prizhoners are getting restless. We'll take zhe BLUs by zhurprise vonce zhey're occupied.

Scout: "Oh man, I can't wait t' see th' faces of dose chuckleheads when we burst outta 'ere."

Soldier: "I'm calling the buckethead's rocket launcher when this is over."
